If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, enquiry type and the information in your message. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, route the message to an appropriate member of the team and keep a proportionate record of the conversation where needed.
Website forms
The current form prepares an email in your own email application. You can review the message before sending it. The website does not store the form entry in an online database.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or raise a concern by emailing hello@yorkshirecoastcic.co.uk.
Sharing and retention
Personal information should only be shared where necessary and lawful. Records should be retained only as long as needed for the purpose, safeguarding responsibilities or another legal obligation.
